What Refurbished means at Results Computer, INC:

1)      All covers and plastics are inspected and cleaned.

2)       Covers are removed and the printer is thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

3)      All worn parts are replaced.

4)      All internal boards and motors are tested for proper function.

5)      Our printheads go through a multi-position test and come complete with printouts.

6)      Each printer must pass our 20 step quality control procedure. 

What is the difference between OEM and Compatible?

·         OEM is the original equipment manufacturer; it’s a genuine product that is produced by the manufacture.

·         Compatible is produced by a third party manufacturer using non OEM products.
