WARRANTY:

New items carry the standard manufacturer warranty.  Refurbished parts, printers, whole units, and exchanges carry a 30 day warranty.  Effective date is the date of original shipment to the customer.  Warranty is void if item has been previously worked on, customer opens unit, or customer has third-party open unit.

ADVANCED EXCHANGES:

Advanced exchange items will be shipped the same day subject to availability.  Advanced exchange items must be returned to Results Computer Inc. within fourteen (14) days, or be invoiced at the current market price as determined by Results Computer Inc.  All defective parts must be returned in condition at which product initially failed.  Any previously worked on items will not be accepted and will be invoiced at the current market value as determined by Results Computer Inc.

RETURNS:

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all sale return items. Parts must be returned within thirty (30) days of original purchase.  Parts older than thirty (30) days cannot be returned.  Any item purchased for under $30.00 cannot be returned for a restocking fee.  You must call for a return authorization number on all returns.  Results Computer Inc must receive all returns within ten (10) days after a return authorization number has been issued.  All refused packages will be considered a return and be refunded less the 20% restocking fee.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Orders placed for items that are not commonly stocked will only carry the warranty provided by our vendor.  Warranty advanced exchanges will not apply. All items are not returnable for a restocking fee.

SHIPPING:

Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  On warranty replacements Results Computer Inc will ship the same method as the original order at no charge to the customer.  We will include a return air bill in the replacement box with return instructions.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a return item is packaged correctly for safe return.  Any item damaged in transit cannot receive a refund.    Printers need the platen knob removed, wrapped in three layers of large bubble, securely taped, and floated in peanuts to ensure safe return.

TURN AROND TIME:

Repair time averages one to three (1-3) working days or less from receipt of equipment at Results Computer Inc.

WARRANTY:         

30 day warranty on whole unit repairs.  Effective date is the date of shipment to the customer.  On whole unit repairs the warranty applies to the repaired part only.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE:

A $35.00 fee will be charged for problem diagnosis or refused estimate.  (No warranty coverage on these services.)  Please call for a return authorization number prior to shipment.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

TERMS:

CREDIT CARDS:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

COD – Company check on approval of Credit Department / COD secured funds – cashiers check

Net 30 – with approved Credit Application.

A finance charge of 1.5% per month on  all past due invoices.  In the event that an account has to be placed for collection, customer is subject to all court costs, attorney fees, and collection fees.
